Front Fill Penning System

Designed to make the sheep move into the catching pen more easily.

Slope Catch Pens

The floor of the catch pen rises .150mm at the rear of the pen.   The sheep prefer naturally to stand facing up the slope.   Thus the Shearer no longer has to turn animals when catching and the slope is going with the drag.

Recessed Chutes

The floor is cut back into the board so that the sheep is already moving down the chute before its head enters the chute, eliminating the tussle that can occur between Shearer and reluctant sheep.

Natural Lighting

Poly Carbonate Clear sheeting is used in North and South Gables to eliminate Skylights in the roof, which can be very hot to work under.   This eliminates any direct sunlight on the board.
